Stork: standing single leg raise, beginners level.
In a doorway, stand on one leg, tuck raised foot behind the standing leg ankle.
Hold and time yourself for a count of seconds as long as possible.
Increase as ability progresses. Repeat for other leg; compare results.
Basic Stork with Elevation:
Add heel raises while standing on one foot, 10-25 reps.
Stork with Balance Sticks: If needed, use sticks to achieve initial balance.
Wobble Board with Leg Extensions:
Stand on one leg on wobble board; move other leg forward, to side, to rear.
Balance exercises using a 4×4 beam.
Leg raises for balance and strength.
Lunging exercises provide balance and strength.
